Breakfast, the staff and the comfort of the bed. Bathroom was very good also. The staff is excellent. The design of the bedrooms is very cozy and beautiful.

The staff were great and very accommodating. the rooms were great, lots of space, brand new and comfy beds. The bathrooms are nice and it was great to have actual Hot water. the breakfast was great with many options. loved the buffet lunch option too. My husband and I wished we had stayed at this hotel the whole time we were in Porto Alegre.

The room was renewed with new furnitures and very clean. Breakfast was great and the price was good. Perfect location for those who are traveling by plane from Salgado Filho’s airport.

I only stayed at the hotel overnight due to a long layover and was pleasantly surprised with my stay. 24hr reception was very helpful and attentive, the room was big, modern and clean and the bed super comfy! Definitely worth the value and would recommend! thank you for a pleasant rest!

My room was facing the road n railway; it was very noisy. Fortunately, under request they moved me to another room, much quieter. Thanks

Beautiful room with stylish renovation. Breakfast is perfect and it’s close to the airport but sound isolation is really good.

Good breakfast. Everything that I could expect for a fair breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was very close to the airport - 5 min by car. Very friendly staff. Easy checkout. Good elevators.
